Marriage and Family Therapy

At Vital Sources, we believe seeking counseling as a couple or family is a wonderful opportunity for you to proactively address the challenges in your relationships. Having a marriage and family therapist to work together with your spouse or family in a safe and neutral place can help you move from surviving to thriving in your relationships. Our couples’ counselors and family therapists seek to come alongside you and your spouse and/or family in order to be a collaborator and objective party to assist you as you address struggles, questions, or conflicts in your relationships.

We believe any couple or family can benefit from therapy, and we hope that the process can enrich your relationships and ultimately your life. If you are particularly interested in Christian marriage therapy, our therapists excel at integrating faith in their counseling. To that end, we offer you an opportunity to complete a “Spiritual-Religious” survey before or during your first session to determine your preferences about the faith values you would like to include in your therapy process, since we seek to respect your unique perspective and values.

All of our therapists have their own style of marriage and family counseling, which you can read about in our Staff Bio page. We proactively work to match you and your spouse or family with the therapist that best fits your needs based on the reasons for seeking counseling and your schedule, as well as therapists’ schedules. We seek to accommodate specific therapist requests when they are available as well.

We recognize that families and couples become aware of their needs for counseling at various points of their relationship. Whether your relationship is currently in crisis or you feel the need for a checkup, please feel free to give us a call.
